    2. Fedde le Grand will take the utmost care in receiving and in the

      execution of orders for products and in assessing requests for the provision of services.

    3. The place of delivery is the address that the consumer has made known to Fedde le Grand.

    4. Taking into account what is stated in paragraph 4 of this article, Fedde le Grand will execute accepted orders with convenient speed but at the latest within 30 days, unless the consumer has agreed to a longer delivery period. If the delivery is delayed, or if an order cannot or can only be partially carried out, the consumer will be informed about this at the latest 30 days after the order was placed. The consumer in that case has the right to dissolve the agreement without cost. The consumer has no right to compensation.

    5. All delivery times are indicative. The consumer may not derive any rights from the specified deadlines. Exceeding a deadline does not entitle the consumer to compensation.

    6. In case of dissolution in accordance with paragraph 3 of this article, Fedde le Grand will refund the amount paid by the consumer as soon as possible, but at the latest within 14 days after dissolution.

    7. If delivery of an ordered product proves impossible, Fedde le Grand will make every effort to make available a replacement article. At the latest upon delivery, it will be communicated in a clear and comprehensible manner that a replacement article is being delivered. The right of withdrawal is not possible for replacement articles. The costs of any return shipment will be borne by Fedde le Grand.

    8. The risk of damage and/or loss of products rests with Fedde le Grand until the moment of delivery to the consumer or a representative designated in advance and made known to Fedde le Grand, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
